Intec has an exciting opportunity for a Tutor to deliver Management and Business Administration Apprenticeships to join the team.

 

As one of the UK's leading work-based training organisations delivering Apprenticeship Programmes throughout the country, we are a thriving and forward-thinking business to work in. 

 

The Role

Based in the North West of England working from home, the successful applicant will deliver a blend of face-to-face, remote and workshop delivery which will involve travelling to various sites and geographical locations delivering Apprenticeship Standards.

 

Competencies

The main competency required for this role is experience in Management and Business Administration. Some key attributes required to perform this role include:

  • Communicate at all levels within a business.
  • Motivate individuals through achievement of their Standard and the understanding of how to set SMART targets.
  • Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners.
  • Motivate yourself and manage your own diary
  • Work to and meet set targets in delivery

Requirements

Full driving licence and use of own car essential.

 

Additional Information

Hours : 37 hours - Full time

Preferred Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Competitive Salary + Mileage allowance paid.
