The Level 3 Business Administration course builds confidence, enables learners to independently manage tasks, improves administrative processes, and contributes to organisational success. The transferable skills gained will be valuable across all sectors, equipping learners for success in a variety of roles.
Learners will develop a strong foundation of business administration knowledge, skills, and behaviours, and they will work towards their End Point Assessment (EPA). The EPA for Business Administrator focuses on delivering a project that has real business value or benefit.

Eligibility:
Employers enrolling learners can set their own entry criteria, but to be eligible for levy funding, learners must:
- Have been a UK resident for 3+ years or be part of an EU Settlement Scheme, spending at least 50% of time working in England.
- Hold a contract of employment.
- Not be enrolled in another government-funded programme.
