The Coaching Professional programme, developed in partnership with employers, responds to the growing demand for innovative approaches to future ways of working by supporting others to develop their own self-belief. The programme aims to empower both the coach and the individuals they support, equipping them to work, collaborate, innovate, and adapt to an increasingly volatile working environment.
Throughout the programme, learners build a strong foundation of coaching knowledge, skills, and behaviours, working towards their End Point Assessment (EPA), which focuses on demonstrating the essential competencies of an effective coach.
Long term we’re setting up learners to make a lasting impact, preparing them to become forward-thinking coaches who bring out the best in others, lead meaningful change, and drive continuous improvement in their roles and across the business.
