The Improvement Practitioner programme is designed as a progression from the Level 3 Improvement Technician qualification, equipping learners with advanced skills to drive impactful change and deliver greater benefits to their organisations. This higher-level programme enables participants to lead complex improvement projects, implement sophisticated methodologies, and influence organisational change at a strategic level.
Throughout the programme, learners will sharpen their expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma principles, and advanced data analysis techniques. They will also develop leadership capabilities, enhance stakeholder management skills, and explore strategic project management methods. Learners will apply these skills through a real-world project that delivers measurable positive impact to their organisation, with outcomes assessed during their End Point Assessment (EPA).
This programme supports learners to take on senior roles in leading change initiatives, creating long-term organisational success. The advanced knowledge, skills and behaviours developed are highly transferable, positioning learners as key contributors to operational excellence across industries and sectors.
