Programme Description

The Associate Project Manager programme, developed in collaboration with employers, addresses the increasing need for skilled project managers who can lead teams, deliver projects on time, and achieve strategic goals. The programme equips learners with the tools and techniques needed to manage projects effectively, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation.

Throughout the programme, learners build a comprehensive foundation of project management knowledge, skills, and behaviours, including risk management, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation. Working towards their End Point Assessment (EPA), they will demonstrate the core competencies required to be a successful project manager.

In the long term, this programme aims to develop adaptable and proactive project managers, ready to tackle complex challenges, drive projects to completion, and add real value across their organisations. By the end of the course, learners will be well-prepared to lead projects with confidence and deliver impactful results.
