New Project Management Qualification (PMQ) Short Course

This programme offers a new opportunity for progression for experienced and aspiring project managers.

Projects form a vital part of the successful running of an organisation and the skills to manage them are highly sought after. Our expert Project Management Tutors have taken the learnings from delivering the PMQ as part of an apprenticeship and d to developed a circulumn specifically for the knowledge-based Project Management Qualification (PMQ). The standalone short course will give aspiring project mangement professionals the opportunity to gain a Level 5 qualification and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of project management.

Who is it for?

The PMQ programme is designed for individuals who already possess project management experience and knowledge, to support them in driving their careers forward. Knowledge of project management principles is ideal to get the most out of this intensive programme.

How is it delivered?

The modules in this programme will be delivered one day a week over a 5 week period. This next step for project managers will compliment the Associate Project Management Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard, and will assess and expand pre-existing knowledge. Learners will explore 13 core project management principles integral to becoming successful project managers. Areas studied will range from Governance and Stakeholder Management, to Resource Management and Sustainable practices.
