The Supply Chain Warehouse Operative programme, developed in partnership with employers, meets the growing demand for skilled operatives who can manage the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods within a fast-paced supply chain environment. This programme equips learners with the practical skills and knowledge needed to support smooth operations and maintain high safety standards.
Throughout the programme, learners build a strong foundation of warehousing knowledge, skills, and behaviours, covering key areas such as stock control, equipment operation, and health and safety practices. As they progress towards their End Point Assessment (EPA), they will demonstrate the core competencies required for effective warehouse operations.
