CRS is an award-winning, innovative UK Debt Collection Agency who are working on behalf of some of the largest UK financial insurance and utility companies.
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
The Role
- Working within a high-volume inbound contact centre, showing ownership and accountability, offering solutions to help and benefit customers

Programme
Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know.
- Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
- At least 6 hours a week will be spent studying off the job
- Functional Skills in English and maths if required
Requirements

GCSE or equivalent in: Mathematics & English (grade 9-4 (A*-C) - Desirable
Other Things to Consider
Hours: 37 Shift patterns between our operational hours of Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 6.00pm, Saturday, 9.30am - 12.30pm (you will be required to work every alternative Saturday).
Contract: 17 Months
Possible Start Date: Monday 2nd December

After This Apprenticeship
Career progression includes Team Leader and Team Management. Progression may be available to the right candidate on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
