We are seeking talented individuals to join our award-winning apprenticeship scheme and help drive our business forward.
As an outbound customer support apprentice, you will learn about commercial gas and electricity, types of supply trading and fluctuations in the marketplace. You will learn this role in stages with the support of your team. As this is a sales role, you will be able to earn commission dependent on your level of success and determination.
The Role
- You will learn about the markets, forecasts, trading and systems
- Contacting existing clients regarding their current commercial utilities
- Manage customer enquiries and issues
- Keep accurate computer records
- You will learn the processes of fact finding
- In the meantime, you will progress to a commercial energy specialist

Programme
Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know.
- Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
- At least 6 hours a week will be spent studying off the job
- Functional Skills in English and maths if required
Requirements
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 9-4 (A*-C)) desirable
- GCSE or equivalent Math (Grade 9-4 (A*-C)) desirable

Hours: 35 hours a week, 9,00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday
Contract:15 Months
Benefits: Company pension

Work Location: In person.
