Fighting Climate Change |
Aligned with Intec’s Net Zero Commitment statement we will achieve Net Zero emissions by 2045 for emissions scopes 1, 2 and 3. |
Wellbeing |
We ensure regular review of wellbeing initiatives within the organisation and operate appropriate wellbeing policies. Where required we ensure employees have access to the Employee Assistance Programme. We deliver Wellbeing learning and communications for both employees, learners and customers. This will cover a varied range of subjects and form part of our curriculum teaching, which is monitored through our Quality Assurance processes. The organisation operates stringent safeguarding practices to support employees, learners and customers. |
Equality Opportunity |
Aligned with Intec’s Equality policy, Intec ensures training opportunities for all roles to support the development and progress of all staff. This is delivered in the form of an annual training plan available to all. Awareness of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) subjects are detailed in monthly employee updates. We are committed to equity in pay levels. We seek to ensure representation across the business and within the subgroups that may be used to direct some of the actions within the organisation. Recruitment and selection processes ensure equality within the process. As an apprenticeship provider, our range of curriculums are designed to support learner’s and employer’s understanding of EDI in the context of employment and the role an individual fulfils. |
Tackling Economic Equality |
Through training and development opportunities, detailed within the organisation’s annual training plan, we ensure the career progress and social mobility of staff. Through the delivery of training to learners and customers we support social mobility of individuals. We are committed to reviewing the impact of this with each learner and employer every 3 months. We operate a wide range of employment policies, above statutory requirement, that support our employee’s standard of living. |
