Take the next step in your career! Intec Business Colleges are offering remote delivery of our Level 5 Learning & Development Consultant/Business Partner Standard.
The apprenticeship provides senior L&D & HR Professionals the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised standard and progress their career. The programme is perfect for HR professionals looking to diversify their skills and move into Learning and Development.
This programme will typically take 14 months to complete but our delivery is flexible around you. Intec offer remote 24/7 coaching and assessment opportunities so you can tailor the programme to your schedule: You will have one-to-one e-visits with a specialist Assessors for 2-3 hours once a month, this will be supported by our online learning platform and additional resources from CIPD.
Whilst studying you will become a Student Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). Student membership entitles you access their student hub which will help support you through your programme and explore their extensive knowledge hub with all the latest journal articles. The career hub that will provide information, advice and guidance on how you can progress and develop your career outside of your qualification and you will be provided opportunities to network with other industry professionals.
Once you have successfully passed you EPA and completed the programme with Intec, you will be invited to become an Associate Member for a reduced cost.
What is an Associate Member?
Anyone is able to gain affiliate membership to the CIPD however in completing a Learning and Development Programme with Intec you will be invited to become an Associate Member, which has a level of professionalism associated with it.
Associate membership recognises people professionals who demonstrate excellence by supporting the delivery of people solutions or hold a relevant CIPD qualification. Achieving Associate (Assoc CIPD) status ensures you remain relevant and more employable as it demonstrates you possess the up-to-date and relevant skills and knowledge and a commitment towards good practice.
